AI will “replace humans” in cybersecurity by 2030
In just nine years’ time, artificial intelligence will overtake humans in the quest for better cybersecurity, according to Trend Micro. New research suggests that 41% of IT leaders feel that their role in cybersecurity will be replaced by AI by 2030.
The report also suggested that cloud systems should expect further attacks, putting more emphasis on decentralised password alternatives such as MyCena. However, experts warned that we cannot harness AI without human expertise.
