Is there a channel programme for MSPs and BPOs?

Yes. MyCena has a dedicated channel programme for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs). The commercial structure differs from the direct enterprise pricing above.

For MSPs, pricing is structured per client environment rather than per engineer — reflecting the way MSPs deploy engineers across multiple client environments and the risk structure they carry. The MSP retains the margin between wholesale MyCena pricing and the service fee they charge clients for Governed Access Operations, a named managed service capability.

For BPOs, pricing reflects the per-agent, per-year model with revenue-share options available for large-scale deployments. The BPO-specific sell sheet and compliance one-pager are available on request. Contact us to discuss the channel programme specific to your organisation size and client base.
