Women thriving in Cybersecurity

After celebrating International Women’s Day this month, a report released by Tessian Research has shown that the pandemic has had a positive effect on female employment in cybersecurity. In the report, half of women working in cybersecurity felt that their careers had improved during the last year, with 89 per cent feeling secure in their jobs. 94 per cent of employers also reported that they had hired new staff, with many focussing on encouraging more women into the field in the future.
